1. The press brake machine frame is made of steel structure. The left and right vertical plates, worktable and pressure plate are welded into an integrated structure. After welding, it is tempered to eliminate internal stress, featuring excellent rigidity and high stability.
2. The hydraulic press brake machine adopts an advanced control system to automatically adjust the height of the rear stopper and the slider.
3. Hydraulic transmission: The oil cylinders at both ends of the machine are installed on the slider and directly drive the slider to work.
4. Servo synchronization of the sliding synchronization mechanism.
5. The numerical control system of the bending machine adopts variable frequency control technology and has multi-step programming function, which is simple and convenient to operate.
6. It adopts internationally renowned brand electro-hydraulic servo valves and scales to achieve closed-loop control mode, ensuring high feedback accuracy of the slider position.
