 W12 Four-roller Rolling Machine

The four-roller rolling machine is suitable for bending work of sheet metal. It can roll round, arc and tapered workpiece in a certain range, and has prebending function at the end of the board. The remaining straight side is small and the working efficiency is high, and the metal plate can be roughly leveled on the machine.

The CNC plate rolling machine forms a circle at a time. It has a pre-bending and moving cone device. You can choose the coil support, which is on the left and right. It is the best choice for large coils in mass production, improving work efficiency and saving labour.

Working Principle

The top roller is the main drive and do rotation movement, lower roller makes up-down movement to make the plate can get the friction along with length direction, two side rollers makes Up-down movement which is an angel with straight line, which can make the steel plate get the needed plastic deformation.

Because adjust the side roller can achieve symmetric bending and asymmetrical bending, the flat end will be very short in theory, comparing with three-roller rolling machine, which can save pre-bending procedure and pre-bending device, meanwhile it can make rough leveling of steel plate.
